It was in the Weekend Update skit.  The joke:

Seth: "Hillary Andrews, a former Weather Channel anchor woman, has won a sexual harrassment claim against Bob Stokes, her male co-anchor, whom she accused of repeatedly asking her about her sex life, and making crude remarks like 'will you lick my swizzle stick?'"

Amy:  "Ugh, that's just awful."

Seth:  "I know, he coulda done so much better!"

Amy:  "Oh, no."

Seth:  "Hey, pretty lady, check out this area of high pressure!  In mah pants!"

Amy:  "That's not what I mean't."

Seth:  "Yeah, it'd be like, this just in!  The National Weather Service has issued a boner advisory under my desk!"

Amy:  "You're not even trying!"

Seth:  "Yeah, I'm gonna try, now!  The forecast in Amy is cloudy with a 40% chance of ding dongs."

Amy:  "Okay, NOW I'm turned on!  Ding dongs!"

From the TMZ video. The coverage that TMZ made included several OCM clips used in the segment from TWC. Those OCm clips came from several members.
