Noticed a new person on TWC this week, Michael Lowry, Hurricane Specialist.
A Google search finds this,
"COAPS alumnus Michael Lowry can now be seen on The Weather Channel! Michael joined The Weather Channel’s tropical team in September after working at the National Hurricane Center. He received his MS in meteorology also under the guidance of Dr. O’Brien. You can read a 2011 interview with Michael here."

So is he replacing Kim
Perez Cunningham in the rotation of Hurricane Specialists, or will Kim still have one of the shifts?
-
Kim was on Friday night.

Has anybody seen Lowry over the past 24 hours?

He's on right now with Greg talking about storm surge.

I am loving the staff change. Not that I have anything against Kim, love her too, but he is easy on the eyes ;)

He was on Sunday evening (10/28) talking about Sandy. So was Kim.
With Kim and Paul at the Hurricane area, it is nice to see Danielle Banks at the studio, too.
