Increased Roll on Mike Seidel?
« on: July 30, 2008, 10:05:25 AM »
I haven't seen Mike Seidel in a while until Moday, but he's now on Day Planner with Carl. Does anyone know if he's going to be on more often now?

He's been appearing more often while the normal OCM's rehearse at the HD studio.

The real question is: why has Mike Seidel had so little screen time for so many years?

He's a talented OCM with a good personality, and is (or was) TWC's highest profile field reported. When he works in front of the green screen, its Sat-Tues.

But for many years, his appearances on camera in studio have been as little as 5 or 6 times a month.

A few weeks ago, he worked with Kim Perez on one of the weekend programs (filling in for Kevin Robinson). They were fantastic together, despite the fact they hadn't worked with each other since the 90s (according to them). It was much better than the Kim and Kevin pairing.

Even though Mike has appeared in studio less and less over the last several years, I think he has really come to let his personality shine more than ever. He really started to become a character when he spent the spring of 2007 working with Dave almost every weekend.

I know this is late but, FYI (you might already know), Mike was on with Kristina again this weekend.

This
is a perfect example.
