I honestly don't remember seeing him that often though.  I did see him every once in a while, but not often.  But, I really never payed attention to that kind of thing up until a few years ago.

But he should definitely cover storms more.  I don't think it was a good idea for them to put Julie Martin out in Dolly, I'd rather see an experienced meteorologist like Bill or Mike Seidel out there.

Maybe a look through videos here and on YouTube will refresh your memory? I have video of just about every tropical system of the last decade, and Bill is nearly all of them.  :yes:

I could've sworn that I've seen videos on Youtube with Bill out during Isabel from Dj0287. :thinking:
