Just discovered that Rich Johnson actually wrote a book back in 2003, titled "So You're Having A Bad Day?"
From the Publisher
Are you going through life with no direction, not knowing which way to turn? The struggles of life can overwhelm us and tear us down. Our lives are complicated by diets that don’t work, bad habits that can’t be broken, children that are rebellious, and schedules that are overbooked. The problems seem too large to overcome. With seemingly no way out, life can become frustrating, depressing, and just plain tiring. By studying God's Word, the Bible, and by applying its concepts, you can soon be on the road to living a joyful, fruitful life for God. "So, You're Having a Bad Day?" demonstrates how to live according to God's plan. Through the power of prayer and obedience to His Word, you will learn how to deal with life’s difficulties and find the smile that you have lost.

Anyone heard of the book or read it?
And I wonder if there are any "let's do that" or "sounds like a plan" moments in it? :P

I read about it a long time ago; I'm actually considering ordering it on Amazon before I go off to college.
