Title: Why did the lfs go back to a K flavor?
Post by: Localonthe8s on July 04, 2007, 10:13:01 AM
I personally do not like the 1:30 timed local forecasts on :18 and :48. I'd love to hear an additional :30 of music. Is it perhaps to save time for that bogus Head On commercial?

Yep. I've always liked the K flavors more than the L or M flavors. There's just some nostalgic aspect of the K flavor that the 2:00 flavors just don't have.

With the 1:30 flavor local forecast at :18 and :48, I no longer get the regional forecast. :(

While 1:30 flavors do give an extra 30 seconds of the :10 and :40 national broadcasts, I still wish they'd bring back the two minute forecast back at :18/:48.
