The Intellistar LF cued as normal but the current conditions screen narration never activated but the narration worked on all of the other segments.

Did anyone here see it happen?

It happens during special programming, when there are weather advisories/warnings.

This happened during normal TWC Programming. I think after evening edition when the forcast started

It only happens during these conditions:

OK now I understand.

BTW The narration on the CC screen for the Istar that I see has always activated even if the Weather Bulletins screen was activated.

As I said, the only time you will not hear the Current Conditions narration is when the conditions that I mentioned above are met. Otherwise, you will always hear the Current Conditions being narrated (unless there is a CC outage, but that is an entirely different situation).

Please don't spam. You needn't post the same thing in more than one thread. We're already talking about the IS outage in too many threads. Please quit spreading it to other threads.

It used to also happen on the 1:30 flavor when it had the eight city observations instead of the metro conditions map.
