Interesting. My HD feed was acting up around that time. For no apparent reason at 12:48 AM CT, my HD LF cut to the emergency feed about halfway through, then during the LF you mentioned, it cut to the emergency feed for a split second during the quiet period before Fair Weather but after track 15 but switched back to the HD LF before Fair Weather started. Again, there seemed to be no reason for that.

The HD feed was having similar problems at the same time. I saw the 3:58 CT LF, and it started with static for audio before switching over to the emergency feed. This time, however, they actually switched back to the LF once it was fixed, normally they run the emergency feed for the entire LF timeslot.

At the beginning of the 1 PM ET hour of Day Planner, they were having audio problems, so they switched to the emergency feed for maybe 15-20 seconds.
