I made a mistake with that clip. That is NOT Thomas Cain, it is Tobias Cain. I had forgotten about this error from the 98 playlist.  :whistling:

IIRC, he first aired on TWC in early 2000, and his last airing was in 2004.

Tobias Cain's Winter from the 3rd Coast Jazz Ensemble CD aired in Autumn 1999. Tobias didnt write the whole CD, 3rd Coast is a compilation written by 12 artists.

Thomas Cain was used for the first time in November, 2000. refer to the weather.com Playlists. He was never used in 2004 ( I would know ) I am only missing a handful of songs from 2004
