Title: Sun Outages in May?
Post by: Trevor on May 20, 2010, 08:21:55 PM
I have never seen a sun outage. But the way you guys were describing them leads me to believe that this is some type of sun outage......but in May?...or is DirecTV preparing to ditch TWC as well? See attachment.

EDIT: This was like this for about 2 minutes.......it might have been on DirecTV's end, but I have never seen static on DirecTV.......

That was just an error on TWC's end. Sun outages only occur in April and October.

Satellite interference or repositioning the dish, could be any number of issues. Sun outages are not the only cause of that

Thank you for explaining...........I guess you can lock the topic.......or rename it (if possible) to be just a sun outage reporting center......so if you ever see one, you can report it here, if you want to.

If you have a legacy STAR who knows what kind of changes you may see AMC-11
