Could someone ID this song? I found it on one of my old tapes. I believe this was from some time in 2007.

I had an audio track I could have given, but I recorded it on my phone and when our SIM cards were decommissioned, so were the phones and the memory...
It aired sometime in November/December of 2008/2009 (likely in 2008). It was kind of a dark and depressing song with a very slow pace, with a possible triangle or xylophone continuously dinging. Right at about the point of the 7-day forecast it would slow down to just the triangle/xylophone and then jump to a bit of a faster pace. Any ideas? It has worried me the name of it since then!

I know this is by David Becker Tribune, but I can't remember the song name. I got the audio clip from here, but just like the song name, I can't remember what year it played either.   :doh:
