That also played in December 08's "best of" list. That song too makes me emotional. A couple other songs from 2008 made me cry including Winter by Ryan Farish, Roxanne's Dance by Gerald Veasley, no Ordinary love by Danny Lerman, Stone Groove and So Many NIghts by Chris Geith. The only song that cheered me up was Smoothy McGroovy by Joe loskota

Yeah, 2008 sure did feature a lot of emotional songs. Definitely a lot of good ones though, that's for sure. Winter is a beautiful song, and I'm glad I at least have a camera XL recording of it.

That also played in December 08's "best of" list. That song too makes me emotional. I don't find Roxanne's Dance (which I just uploaded a clip of) that depressing. Same with Winter, which I have a camera clip uploaded while I was in Spring Lake as well as a few clips on tape. While several songs from 2008 were emotinal, it takes a lot for a song to make me cry.

I don't totally burst into tears hearing it.. It just brings back sad memories. That's the way songs are for me. Most, if not every song I listen to, is connected to a memory. And it just so happens that one is connected to a not so happy memory.
