I think this is the song I heard in a restaurant on Friday... any idears? Sounds like Brian Hughes, but I'm not sure.

Anyone wanna take a crack at this one? I tried to figure the name of it when I saw this video 3 years ago. It seems like it could be something from Common Ground, but IDK.

Unidentified TWC song 1997


The user says this played in Q4 1996 playlist, but it isn't listed on TWCC.
