Do you have an intellistar/satellite clip of the January 2008 Overnight song "Seasons Change" by Ryan Farish? It has piano and guitar.

No, that song hasn't been used. I think you might be thinking of Watermelon Man by Herbie Hancock. Sounds very similar.
