Smooth Jazz returns? August 2025
« on: August 31, 2025, 03:22:13 PM »
Hi. Has anyone else noticed that TWC has been playing jazz or smooth jazz during the local forecasts?
It just played during an LF while "Katrina 20" was on.

I did capture what sounded like a Smooth Jazz track:

Per YouTube's content ID system, that one's called "End Of The Rainbow", and it appears to come from the Transition Music library, which The Weather Channel has been using the music from on the LFs for the last couple of years or so.

They have been doing this for about the last week and a half now. There's been some surprisingly decent music in the playlist.
