Question about a song I believe I heard on the Weather Channel

I am almost certain that I heard Ven a Gozar by Fishbelly Black play on the Weather Channel sometime between 2002 and 2004.  Can anyone verify this? Here is the link to the song.

That sounds like something TWC would have played in that era, but IDK. :hmm:

I listened to the music regularly there back and can  assure you this was never on TWC.
