Has the IntelliStar ever enabled an ad crawl during national programming, besides the local forecast?

Not normally, but I do recall one time the LF LDL accidentally displayed during national programming (and thus I saw the ad crawl). That was in 2004/2005-ish.

IMO, i think they should. I think CNN does it to their programming.

Although it seems like a good idea, let's just keep the ad scroll in the LOT8s.
