Title: New background for IntelliStar Weather Bulletins

Okay, it's not exactly a new background, but it appears to be a mix of the old Weather Bulletins background and the new one. Presumably it was updated in Monday's IntelliStar update.

Looks exactly like the old Weather Bulletins background (before the IS redesign last year) to me. :unsure:

Hmm, my bad. That IS the old background. I guess I didn't recognize it because the old ISV1 kind of blocked out that sun glare at the bottom.

I have seen this with my cable company's STAR (ID 22689) aswell. beanboy89's cable company's STAR ID is 22608 (Source: http://youtube.com/watch?v=yIUnoKRLtZE (http://youtube.com/watch?v=yIUnoKRLtZE)).
