It sounds new to the playlist to me. Has it been played before?

The song in your video is new but I can't find the song title.
It comes up with an incorrect title using Shazzam and SoundHound.

No, it never played before. It's not even BMI registered. I also recorded the daytime playlist, and Da Funk is no longer in the rotation. Has it been removed from the playlist?

Beyonce on TWC?!  :blink: I love Beyonce, but her music on the LOT8s just sounds weird. Was it an instrumental?

It's good that some of you guys are taking TWC's new music selections well. In the past, their introduction to new genres weas conservative with only instrumentals being chosen. Now, however, they're going all out and using vocals, and I don't predict smooth jazz back this time. It seems as though most of us have come to peace with that, though.

I hope new music is chosen for May. Also, please throw "New Divide" out! It's not terrible, but it's been playing since January.

Also, since it's not necessarily a jazz song, if TWC selected Ryan Farish's "Oasis," then I would instantly love any new playlist, no matter how many vocal, metal, or rock music they select.

It wasn't a instrumental. It definitely had vocals, it was "Wishing On a Star."
ugh! This crap doesn't belong on TWC!

Frankly, I'm still shocked some of you even use TWC as your only source of music.  There are plenty of other ways to find smooth jazz and other non-vocal songs that you're deeming as the only suitable music for a LF.  TWC was never meant to be a music channel but rather a weather channel.  All of us should be thankful that they even bothered to have music at all during the past 30 years!
