When looking through iTunes, that reminded me of something. Doesn't this mean during Christmas time, they wont have the christmas music like Linus & Lucy, Skating, and such?

Probably not. It'll probably like your local Christmas music station (if you have one). So that would mean The Carpenters, Air Supply, Hall & Oates, and John Lennon. :thrilled: :yawn:

You know what? F*ck this, f*ck this, they can screw up the network and lose us fans. Most people that I met in my life are not true fans of TWC, and yet they say they love the music on the Local on the 8s. I think that this "80%" is a lie and the quote at the end of the article about DEVO is fake.

There's no 80% approval rating. He just made it up, in fact people are complaining about this selection. If NBC continues with this despite our complaints, then it's a new low for them.

Do you have reliable sources to back up these claims? NBC most likely has research and focus group data to back up their claim. Not everything is a lie.

But there are complaints everywhere. I know knowing NBC the way they are they might not do anything..but TWC/landmark pulled out vocal music after the 1st day of the May 07 list. The vocal music was included in the May playlist but quickly pulled away because of complaints..it was not a 25th anv. thing though
