Thanks to Chuck, this song has been found. It's by Ken Gregory, but I'm unsure about the title (three of his songs were used that month). His music is unavailable, AFAIK.

I figured it was Ken Gregory. I listened to all the other songs on that playlist and couldn't find a match.
