Well, I will upload a video momentarily of how it looks here in Lansing. My theory is that several units around the area consolidated into one- mine. I am going to my dad's place over there in Haslett to see if this is indeed the case.
Most of the time, when you mention your Star to the Star Team about requests, they make other tweaks to the system too. It doesn't necessarily mean there was a headend expansion.
I just talked to my dad about it, and he said that there was a seperate ad crawl and the Local weather ID shown was 22842. I would like the almanac to say more than just "Lansing", but I have a feeling though that the STAR team will not respond to my postings on TWC Classics  <_<

When did the station IDs disappear?
They had been gone all day, on both the E.L. and Lansing units. I noticed that the station ID returned as of 4:57 PM EDT.
TWC in...
Lansing: Comcast, Channel 36, STAR ID 22840
E. Lansing: Comcast, Channel 40, STAR ID 22842
Lansing Area: Broadstripe, Channel 40, STAR ID 25349
Current STAR count: 32. Be sure to see my channel for links to all the uploads!

FYI, I think Almanacs are based from the closest metropolitan city. Billy's almanac comes out of Harrisburg.

Nope. As of a while back, they changed it to York Airport.

Anyone know the name of this song? I think I took it off of someone's video, but I can't find it now. It's from February 2008 overnight.

That's "The Joy of Being" by Joseph Akins. I couldn't find that song earlier because TWC mistakenly labeled the artist as "Joseph Atkins" instead.

Well here we go, here is how it all looked before the change:

And now after the change:

About 14 months after Capital City Airport's name was changed to Capital Region International Airport, it finally updates on the Intellistar here.

Here are the primary changes included:
-The listing formerly labeled "Capital City Arpt" on the 8 city guesses segment now says "Capital Region Int'l", but it takes too much room as the l in "Int'l" is hidden underneath the temperature. It should be changed to take up two lines, IMO.
-Charlotte was added southwest of Lansing on the "Local Radar" segment.
-The almanac title was changed from "Lansing Capital City Arpt" to just "Lansing"

Here is another video which includes a full LDL cycle on Weather Center:
TWC in...
Lansing: Comcast, Channel 36, STAR ID 22840
E. Lansing: Comcast, Channel 40, STAR ID 22842
Lansing Area: Broadstripe, Channel 40, STAR ID 25349
Current STAR count: 32. Be sure to see my channel for links to all the uploads!

And here is the update to the listing of my area's airport on my 8 city guesses segment, and also the metro map shift as well:
