TWC must of gotten TONS of complaints if the concept only lasted for a day.

Today marks two years since TWC tried out the failed "No Repeat Workday" concept, and the start of narration-free primetime playlists which lasted for nearly five months.

I still have clips during that night that were on my YT account, which were removed due to copyright infringement.
Wow that felt like it happened yesterday. I wish they could do that to the IntelliStar again. :P I don't mind many vocal songs but it doesn't fit with TWC's image. Or maybe it does seeing how screwy TWC has been lately..

I actually liked the vocal music on the LF. It was only during the evening playlist, which I didn't mind. I wouldn't want to hear it all day, though.

Yeah, I really liked it too. I thought it was a refreshing change of pace, and it was an awesome surprise!  :thrilled:

IntelliStar LDL did not cue during Epic Conditions but did for a short time during this commercial break.

According to Spring Rubber, the Local on the 8s logos seen on the National IntelliStars disappeared this morning. :(

A new group is taking over TWC"s music and changing it in July according to a reliable source from TWC.

So the current playlist is lasting through June as well?

No, there'll be a June playlist. July, is when there'll be other genres besides jazz playing.

Well, that's sort of like what's happening right now. We've got a few songs that aren't jazz, like the CC Gilmore and Thievery Corporation tracks.

I think it's just a test. It seems they're going to make it permanent. I wish regular jazz was back, soundtrack and chill sounds awkward on TWC.

I actually like what TWC is doing with their playlists now. As long as there is at least some jazz on there like there is now, I'm happy.

I feel the exact same way. The same old music for years on end does getboring, and if they add genres in that appeal to other people, they may get some new viewers as well
