Is anyone else noticing how frequently that "Tomorrow's Promise" by Chris Geith is being played on the local forecast these past several hours?  It seems to be really overplayed lately.
I wish TWC would play every song equally.
At least more random playing would be nice.  In just the last hour, I've heard it played at 11:48 PM, 12:08 AM, and again at 12:28 AM.  I like the song overall, but it's going to be milked dry at this rate. :(

No kidding..."Rendezvous" by Eric Marienthal played 5 times within 2 hours. I need the Boney James song "I'm Gonna Love You Just A Little More Baby" and I haven't heard it on TWC 2 night in a row so far.

Just as I feared, I was only hearing "Tomorrow's Promise" and "Rendezvous" alternating back and forth during the local forecasts.  So, I only heard two unique songs between 11 PM and 1 AM last night.  Something's messed up.

Have you heard a song between 11:58am to 12:58am on a 2 min flavour that started with light drum beats then progressed to a light sax? (not talking about euge groove)

I haven't yet, but I can check later this afternoon if it reappears.

Well, then I can tell you that I've definitely not heard it yet.  Look at my previous post that I quoted, and you'll see why.
(Wow, this is my 100th post already!)

Seems that my IntelliStar is showing more and more mixed case ad crawls now. In the past it has always shown ads in all caps. Has anyone else noticed this on theirs?

For anyone who's seen the fog/drizzle icon on the CC screen, what does the text below it say? Is it 'Drizzle/Fog'? Or 'Drizzle & Fog'? I'm curious..

I'm pretty sure it's "Drizzle and Fog." I know I remember seeing "Light Rain and Fog" on my IntelliStar awhile back.

Same here... But lately, most are mixed case ad crawls now. About time they switched to mixed case instead of ALL CAPS....

The CAPS issue is up to the local headend. It's how they insert it.

I thought when it was all caps, it was the default setting. When severe weather alerts come on, it is in all caps, is that how it's supposed to be as well?

For ad crawls, the crawl will appear however the cable company inserts the crawl. For severe weather alert crawls, they will always be in all caps, because that is how the alerts are issued by the NWS.

I hope the composer of those unknown April 2007 tunes makes new music so TWC would air them. I don't know, but that daytime sax song was stuck in my head since this morning. :(
