But i bet we could live without the aggrivating narration of our local intellistar forecasts which i sure dear hope is sooner rather than later
The narration is useful to the blind, and people not looking at the television screen during the forecast, however I have no use for it. To me, it is just useful noise.

well thats good in a sense but i hope I get TWC HD soon or i will be  :furious: at Comcast

TrafficPulse isn't going anywhere. When you start driving to work you'd probably couldn't live without it.
Laredo never Traffic Pulse, which is great. I'm glad that El Paso, TX, San Antonio,TX San Jose, CA, and Des Moines, IA dosen't has TP.

Rate for Traffic Pulse:5/10= OK.

Hang on. That can't be right. I've stayed in San Jose before, and they had traffic pulse.

More than a year, because one day I stayed at San antonio in Summer 2005 and they has Traffic Pulse.

Current Conditions
Local Observations
Metro Conditions
Radar/Satellite
Almanac

Another weird flavor:

Current Conditions
Metro Conditions
Local Observations
Regional Conditions
Regional Radar
Local Radar
Radar/Satellite

Apparently my STAR had just rebooted, causing all information to be lost. I recorded this and I'll have it on YouTube in a little bit.

Flavors are pretty much back to normal now, but the forecast for today is still unavailable, thus the "our local forecast" narration is heard on the 48 hour forecast. I've recorded the past four LF's and I'll have them uploaded early next week.

That exact same thing happened to me last October after an extended IS outage and reboot. I have a few videos of it up on my YouTube account.
