There is a like secondary copyright act though, technically the content is property of TWCi but the video was captured by you and posted by you... You can ask that it be removed, its not a sure thing though.

If we are playing this card, Billy can't put his tag in it ither... but since he did, he can ask that it be removed, again not a sure thing.

Bottom line-your not going to get it removed that way. I wish more than any of you that there was some way to get our videos removed from video sharing sites, but the fact of the matter is that its an extremely unregulated industry. I'd venture to say that 75% or more of the videos posted to YouTube are copyright violations in some way, but you don't see those going anywhere fast do you?
