Noticed a slight change to the Local On The 8's graphic background during taped programming.

What's the pattern on which TWC logo is used on the satellite HD LF? (TWC HD vs. the TWC/weather.com/TWC Mobile logos) Is it random?

The rotating logo is used on 2:00 flavors, while the static logo is used on the other flavors (same goes for SD satellite).

I wish TWC still used the old Storm Alert music for approaching hurricanes such as Sandy  :(  I wonder why they stopped using it.

Me too, it was very exclusive imo. I wish they would make a new theme or something

Winamac, Indiana's citywide cable system has a perfectly-working 4000.  Saw it last week when in town.

It did it at :38 as well.

EDIT: Here's my video that I recorded at 11:38 AM ET. As of 12:18 PM ET, it's still showing night icons.

I'm surprised they have not switched to an instrumental playlist for the LOT8s.
As of 11am it was still the regular playlist.

I think that's Brian's responsibility to do that. Brian doesn't work on the weekends.

I guess that explains why the instrumentals started on a Monday then during Isaac :P

I really like the music they're using for the Hurricane Sandy LOT8s intros. It reminds me of the 2006 Storm Alert music.

This song from the June 2012 playlist just played at 8:28pm ET. Ironically, I used this song in an emulation today.

June 2012 Overnight Song

"Rainy Day" by CC Gilmore. I'm watching TWC now it looks like they went to all instrumentals.

I heard a Steve Glotzer like song at :38 followed by "Montana Girl" by Gooding at :48
