How do I even describe this one?!

Deux Cafe? - March 16, 2012 - 2:08 PM ET

I actually like that idea with the squeezeback.  :P

You have to be aware that I didnt dub that though

I know that, I was just saying that sometimes they could play music on the L-bar.  ;) I think someone on here mentioned that a while back. They should make sure that doesn't happen when talking about major events such as tornadoes or severe weather though.

4:58 PM CT is a longform LF, not a live program LF ;) the squeezeback LFs are during Day planner, not longform
The squeezeback is also used during longform. I've seen it being used at 5:28PM ET, 5:58PM ET, and 6:28PM ET.

Looks like I'm having a current conditions outage on my IntelliStar. Anyone else seeing this? No report for all conditions. It doesn't seem to be a HiRAD outage, for other sources (weather.com, etc.) seem to be active.

The LDL Squeezeback is being used at 7:08pm on WCL.
Only other time it's been used since returning was during the 2pm-5pm hours.
I checked the 3pm hour and it was not used.

Last Tuesday, new weather icons debuted on weather.com, but the weather icons still use the 2010-Present ones during Live Programming and the SD IntelliStar.
I'm a weatherman. I love my weather. I would love to go any trips if the weather is nicer.

For now i was told they are Web/Mobile Only until otherwise noted.

Quote
We do want the icons to be similar across all our platforms, but the process of updating icons on certain STAR computers (ie. older versions would not support new graphics, etc) would not make it possible. While consistency is the overall goal, these icons are more likely only to be on our digital platforms (ie. weather.com, mobile apps, interactive TV apps, etc) for now until we can confirm STAR updating for newer systems.

I'm sorry, but these new icons are crap.  I certainly hope they do not debut at any time on live programming/the SD-IS!
