I'm removing TWC from my television channel list program. Let me know when they decide this is a stupid idea and remove it.

That's a little extreme if that wasn't sarcasm. Disliking change is one thing, but disowning a channel because of experimentation is a little much.

To be honest, TWC isn't a big part of my life anymore. It used to be my only sole channel, but that's no longer the case. I don't even watch television that much because school's keeping me busy and I'm trying to do other things to keep occupy my active self, which I think is a really good, healthy thing for me to do. I'm not crazy about the L-bar, I will admit that, but if I'm going to let an L-bar infuriate me that much, then I obviously don't have my priorities straight.

Perhaps they:
1. don't feel like getting involved with a semi-childish discussion (read, the classic "I'm removing TWC from lineup for [insert reason here])
2. They don't want to make a statement or comment until they have some solid information on the subject.

If it is considered childish and unwelcome, then I will proudly leave the forum, as everybody has an opinion and right to free speech.

Anyways, I have removed TWC from my lineup and I'll tell you why. The management at TWC thinks that the XL doesn't have the capabilities to operate such a thing like an LDL or L-Bar. Why should I give a crap about the forecast two thousand miles away from my location? Because they at least gave us the national?

Andy did you really have to post that? that just adds fuel to the fire. back on topic with the recent changes of the removal of the Outdoor Activity and Schoolday Forecast I wasn't surprised they removed the short locals for the squeezeback.

If they'd remove the Sunrise/Sunset screen on the squeezeback I think it would help a little. I just don't know a valuable screen to replace it with. It's not exactly pertinent information. Ideas? Even if they made it in to an Almanac screen it might help. I really just wish they'd take advantage of all the wasted space, especially on the HD feed. I know this is the first version of it so things will change.

Post deleted. Please excuse my immature behavior. :wall:

Anyway, I personally think the squeezeback can be just as useful as the full-screen LF if they would make a 2 minute flavor of it and use the same screens, etc.

I was told there is no plans for a 2 minute squeezeback flavor, The current use for the 60 and 90 second flavors are with the essential IStar/IS2 products.

So all the squeezeback LF's last for 1 minutes? Why not at least use a 1 min LF in place of the squeezeback, then?
