I know I'm probably being a burden here, but does anyone know what I can do about my headend pulling 21865's feed instead of its own IntelliStar? I have been getting this IntelliStar for nearly two weeks now after TWC was frozen here back on 9/11 for at least a day. I've tried everything, including contacting Comcast about this via email, but I get no useful information, just saying they will forward the issue and don't seem to understand what's going on. I really want 21872 back, as what I get now doesn't serve my area well. Any help would be appreciated.
