Did anyone's cities on the LDL duplicate a city already on the local observation screen...does that defeat the purpose, or was that the main idea?

For example, on my FiOS STAR, both Bethel Park and Penn Hills are on the local obs screen, and on the LDL. There's no problem unless there is a duplicate city on the LDL, for example a Downtown location, and then a generic city location without the "downtown" moniker.
Has anyone been getting any dual-feed updates lately? I haven't been getting any since late 2007 and was wondering if the recent layoffs have prevented them from doing dual feed updates.
Since when did "windy" become a condition on it's own during the current condition screen?"Currently in our area...97 Degrees with windy conditions"isn't it usually associated with the sky condition as well?"Currently in our area...97 Degrees under cloudy skies with windy conditions"
Lower Bucks IntelliStar has Center City and Bordentown, NJ as it's cities. Center City is okay, but not Bordentown as its far off the forecast area and not a commen travel destination. I'd have Bensalem on there instead.
Odd........The 1:28 AM EDT LF (with my favorite overnite song, SOYCD) began with a satellite LF for a second. What is strange is that the LDL cued before the STAR
