Usually you'll hear 3-beep narration 3-beep at initial issue of the warning then after the first completion of the product, it will go to the 4-beep pattern until the warning expires. Do correct me if I am wrong.
Been meaning to ask this for a while, what does the "TL" stand for when they show the forecast for South/North Central regions?
