IIRC, Matt has grandparents that live in AR and have a 4000. Is this that area?

Population really has nothing to do with the version of STAR used. It has to do with the cable company and headend itself. I've been in some very rural places in VA, NC, and SC, most of which had IntelliStars.

True, and adding to that point I found that Intellistar in South Haven... when the city only has about 5,000 people. But this is pushing boundaries. Traverse City itself only has 15,000 people, but the greater area has over 142,000. There must be an Intellistar downtown.

Yes, actually I am

What really puzzles me the most is that this XL is even here. Don't get me wrong at all, I am 200% for seeing an XL. But take a look at how large an area both the Petoskey and Houghton Lake XL units cover. Petoskey's unit goes all the way up to Mackinaw City. Houghton Lake's unit not only serves Houghton Lake, but also West Branch and Grayling, both of which are just about 30 miles away. And I still believe there is an Intellistar in downtown Traverse City.

Actually, a few minutes ago, the local insertion at the end of the Sherman Williams ad didn't cue, the when it was time for the LF, the SW ad popped on, and a satellite LF for the rest of the LF.

Sorry to change the subject a bit here, but does anybody have a LF recording sometime around the summer 2008 of the HD sizzling sun LF intro (it's very red)? I haven't been able to find that one, and that was my favorite HD intros of all time. I saw videos of it in the past, but I haven't been able to find it lately. I hope TWC will bring that one back someday. I hope you guys know what I mean.  :blushing:

I know exactly what you're talking about. I have a clip on my desktop that I'll upload when I'm back home tonight or tomorrow. :)
