Considering the 4000 hasn't had a single change since the image change...yeah, I'd call it a fairly big change.

I agree that its big in terms of how long its been since the last update. But the actual change itself...not big.

Actually, there were some changes relating to weather bulletin displays and formatting in 2002 and headend ID changes in 2005.

I've added information on this to Wikipedia, as this is rather major.

I can't understand why the addition of two words to the TCF is major. The addition of a city to the TCF-major. The removal of a city from the TCF-major. A change to the look of the TCf-definitely major. But a small tweak to the names of a couple of cities? Not major.

During the loop of the WeatherSTAR 4000, the channel also had excess static. I don't know if this is of importance but I just wanted to inform all of you.
