Emergency Trammell Feed Question

 :welcome: I was wondering, does the Emergency Trammell Feed get played get played across the entire country if something happens with the Satellite LF?

P.S.- Was there an outage yesterday @ around 10:18 AM EDT, The 3-Day Forecast was going at that time w/ unfamiliar song.
