I have FINALLY found THE Billy Walsh. I found him on MySpace. Here is a link:

EDIT: You know, when you get a Friend invite or message on MySpace it generally sends you an e-mail to let you know of that. So even if he hasn't logged in in awhile, he may still see the e-mail.
