I looked over a video of Mike's with "Restless Heart" and compared it to my video of that song from June '08. On both videos, I saw one of those stupid ads to buy the song.

I have that too..probably because its' from the TWC Smooth Jazz CD. That doesn't mean all of Chris's music is UMG though.

Also, I've been able to get those pesky ads off of my videos by filling out the dispute form (the same way I got my videos unmuted). :noexpression:
