I know this does not have anything to do with the April/May 2009 Playlist, but here is a video that is the one major exception on youtube with copyrights from UMG and WMG:

That's why it's not working, I'm not uploading a LF video w/ the song, I'm uploading the full length song.

Uploading that particular song in full length isn't the smartest idea IMO
