Title: 24 hour Trammell Starks?

My cable had been out the day before and was just fixed yesterday and when I turned it on the weather channel they were playing several Trammell Starks songs. I thought it was music screw up, but it played nonstop through the night and when I woke up this morning. I came back home from school and the music was back to normal. Does anyboby know if this was a Nationwide thing or a local problem?

It was nationwide. We've been talking about it in the Trammell Sightings thread. The music returned to normal around noon.

Probably a problem with the music computer.

Why is Atlanta part of the title? TWC's headquarter was obviously in Atlanta but the Trammell outage was nationwide, not just in Atlanta. :huh:

Of course they have a music computer. a CD player has no where near the capabilities to do what they do.

The trammell disks are a CD player, but everything else is on a computer.

The songs are played back via Saturn (master control), they are all digitaly encoded before they are played and are played back on a timing system.

Edit: I also renamed the main post and took the Atlanta out to avoid confusion in the future  8)

You know how many I heard up to today? I heard about 50 outages since 3:48pm yesterday and recorded TWC Evening Edition on my DVR last night and heard all Trammell Starks. Even this was nuts. And when I woke up at 5:30am this morning I heard more. Wow! I sometimes wish that would happen
