Local on the 8's HD Got Localized

My Area just got a Localized, not regionalized version of the Local on the 8's HD a few days ago.. It Has Jim Cantore as the Voice Over Reader of the Information on the screen. Kind of stupid though that it always has the radar in the bottom corner, so when the full size radar shows up  you have 2 identical radars on the screen and has no LDL..

He gets the NYC IS2, he posted the alpha star videos when it first came out awhile back
