Comcast and Verizon could probably care less about the IntelliStar 2.

First time I have seen smoke on the CC of an IS2http://youtu.be/cML5BzTHARI?hd=1
i would of thought Boston was a beta city, they've had TWC HD since it's launch in 2007.(Boston transitioned in December 2006)
So if you have HD in your area and still see the same old graphics you've been seeing for like ... forever now. Call your cable/satellite provider and ask them to upgrade and buy the new box. Only then will you see the new intellistar2 HD graphics. We can only build the product ... doesn't mean everyone purchases it, unfortunately.
