I cringed when I first saw this but we only ran into heavy rain from Tallahassee to I-75. All is well now.

There was Severe Flooding in Fall River, MA last night into this morning. Alot of cars were either stranded or pulled over throughout the side streets and RT 24 and I-195.

NHC has issued the final advisory for Andrea.  I hope everyone along the East Coast is okay.

Well, goodbye Andrea until 2019. Unfortunately, this will not be the last storm of the 2013 Atlantic Hurricane Season,  but hopefully, it will not be as active as the prognosticaters are saying. Maybe an unexpected El Nino will show up, or maybe there'll be more shear in the upper levels than expected.
