Could possibly become Ingrid if it has enough time over water to develop...

It's now Tropical Storm Ingrid with winds of 45 mph.  The track is further south than that GFS solution I showed a while back in another thread.  It looks like Mexico is going to be slammed again with flooding when Ingrid makes landfall on Sunday, which is something they absolutely do not need now.  Southern TX may not see much if anything from this system.

Winds have increased to 65 mph, with a pressure of 993mb. In addition, the NHC calls for Ingrid to briefly reach Category One Hurricane status before making landfall in Mexico this weekend. Ingrid would be our second hurricane so far this season if it occurs.

Poor Mexico - it's getting slammed on both coasts right now.

The situation is turning into a nightmare for Mexico.  NHC has found that Hurricane Ingrid is strengthening, and it's in a favorable environment to continue this process.  Winds are up to 85 mph as of the 11 PM EDT advisory.  It wouldn't surprise me if Ingrid becomes the first Category 2 hurricane of the season before landfall as its small structure allows for a rapid spin up in intensity.

I can't recall a time when Mexico was hit by two tropical cyclones simultaneously, but it's about to happen.  Tropical Storm Manuel in the Eastern Pacific is predicted to become a hurricane before landfall tomorrow morning on the western Mexican coast, while Hurricane Ingrid will make landfall on the eastern Mexican coast by Monday.  I fear a lot of death and destruction will occur throughout the country.

This is my forecast...

EDIT: I corrected an error on my map, it should have read 90 mph for Monday Night (Cat 1). The 100mph was from previous forecast 24hrs ago before Ingrid weakened last night. Also I updated the info to the current 8pm advisory.

Ingrid hasn't even reached Mexico yet.  It will make landfall on Monday.

The winds are at 75 mph now, so Ingrid did not reach Category 2 status as I had originally feared.  Manuel in the Eastern Pacific did not become a hurricane either.  So, it's only slightly better for Mexico's sake, but this dual combination of tropical cyclones will still cause a huge toll in this country.
