We can pretty much expect this one to become Tropical Storm Jose in the near future.  However, it poses no threat to land and will probably dissipate over the central Atlantic.

Update a day later:  Apparently, it's not getting organized well enough to reach tropical storm strength.  Now, it may end up simply fading away without earning a name.
