CINE Login Problem

I signed up for the forum and PM'd the person the CINE directions told me too several times and got no response. How do i get signed up for CINE? Any advice would help.

Well, when was the last time you PMed one of the guys? I think it takes a while to get signed up depending on activity. Just be a bit more patient and they'll get around to it. ;)
