How long is it supposed to take for the emulator to download current conditions when you set it up?

It took too long.  I didn't get to finish setting it up because it took so long, and I have a fast Internet connection.

your talking about the program or web setup? make sure you use ie

your talking about the program or web setup? make sure you use ie

Web Setup (I tried IE & Firefox).

Two things.. I am willing to help you configure settings for your emulator, because currently the settings are mostly unset. The second thing is, this is post hi-jacking :)
