Title: new zone numbers for montgomery county pa

Unable to select new zone number for western Montgomery county. current zone number 68 does not work

Per the document provided by MikeM http://www.nws.noaa.gov/om/fire/phi_zones.pdf (http://www.nws.noaa.gov/om/fire/phi_zones.pdf) .. I added these zones into the list for the emulator to select, however the NWS data source does not use these. I then removed them. I tested with 068 and was able to pull up data as it worked previously. What are you doing so I can replicate this trouble?
