Title: Need Key Reset (Please)

Hi
I got a new computer running windows 7 B)  Can you please reset my key?  My CINE ID is STLWX

I got a new computer and re-downloaded the program. I enter my affiliate id and it said I needed get a new key. Can you help me? Please!

I asked why because you never set your key in the first place. There is nothing to reset
