Traffic Data Temp. Unavailable. Wait 15 minutes.

On my WeatherScan XL when it gets to traffic it says that its temporarily unavailable and to wait 15 minutes. Even leaving it open for 5 hours it wont show traffic data

I think the Yahoo! Traffic API doesn't work with the emulator properly.
