Where can I download the Weatherscan XL emulator?

Sadly, if I am right you need a CINE to download the software...since without a CINE you can't configure it.

The Weatherscan XL Emulator is currently under development again, and you can follow the progress here! https://twctodayforums.com/forums/news-and-updates/weatherscan-has-been-on-hiatus-but-is-coming-back!/

Until it's ready for release, there are no downloads available
